COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Spiced with ginger and lemon peel, this Belgian brew is it’s own style. Refreshing, crisp, loaded with a myriad of flavor and aroma, yet still light on the palate.

In short: A sweet and spicy belgian golden ale with a citrusy hopping. Good original beer.
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy dark orange body topped by a small off-white head
In long: Nose of dried light color fruits, spices and orange peels. Taste has candied apples, ginger, coriander, orange peels, lemon, white pepper, dried fruits, residual sugars. A good amount of citrusy hops to make it more refreshing. I would have preferred it a little less sweet but overall this was a fun strange beer. I liked it. Gets a few bonus points for being original. But what the hell is that name? That name is weird. Even I find this name weird and I like to make up new languages and refer to myself in the fourth person.

(Rating #3153)

On tap at Marthas Exchange. Pours a golden amber color with a 1/2" off white head. Aroma was a subtle blend of ginger and lemon peel with a malt undertone. Palate was full bodied, yet light on the tongue. Flavor was pretty much same as aroma. Ginger, lemon with malty undertones. I would stress that the ginger was light and not overwhelming at all. It was a delicious, tasty brew.
