COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the O.ligitory C.ascade H.opped O.ffering. Every small brewer in the country uses a lot of this hop except us. We decided to give it its due. Grapefruity hoppy happiness ensues!

Amber w/ a white head. Herbal, floral, grapefruit citrus, orange, mandarin, and peach nectar in the nose. The flavor is loaded with orchid, perfume like bitterness, grapefruit, and mandarin. Herbal spruce in the finish. Medium body with low carbonation and a sticky resinous finish.
