3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. The colour is yellow-orange; the liquid is cloudy. The large head is white and compact.
The smell is fruity with a notorious sour note of wheat bread and sweet apples.
The taste is very fresh, with just the right body – not watery, nor overwhelming. The first earthy note is replaced by a sour fresh flavour that develops into a sweet note of sour apples and even some white loaf. The aftertaste got a long creamy and balanced taste of dry apples and even some pineapples.
The carbonation is good vith a lot of small bubbles.
Overall, this is a fine Weissbier!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Det här är en trevlig weissbier som både doftar och smakar förträffligt. Smaken präglas av citrus och någon krydda som jag inte kan precisera. Smaken klingar av bra mot slutet men kanske lite för snabbt.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a tall foamy white head. Wheat-malty and yeasty aroma with notes of overripe citrus, a tinge of banana and phenolic spices (cobweb, cloves). Slightly sweet and sour flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and citric taste, also slightly papery notes, especially towards the sourish fruity and wheaty finish with mild phenolic spices. 15.VIII.11

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, 5.2%. Good clovey aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Very big, stable white head. The flavour has a lot of clove and a little citrus. Some bitterness, a bit high for the style, but nice and clean. A good, well-balanced wheat beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml bottle. Hazy, pale yellow body with a big white head. Both aroma and flavor is very typical standard german weissbier. Refreshing, banana, fruity, spicy but this one is not outstanding in any way and disappears among other greater weissbiers. Still decent and totally drinkable.

4.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
Easily one of the most satisfying beers I’ve ever tasted. Only ever found it in one Greek restaurant in Hildesheim, Germany, does anybody know where it is available in the UK?

Tap @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph.
Pours very hazy, very pale yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Short duration, but nice lacing. Aroma is sweet, some overripe banana, a little maltiness and a citric edge. Light mouthfeel, medium carbonation - very suitable to the beer. Flvour is sweet, light grainy malts and okay banana. Light citric in the finish.
