clear yellow, huge white head yellow fruity aroma, nice flowery and spicy faint balance. flavor is nicely hoppy bitter with some fruity base. very well balanced, and faint spicy.

Fantastic looking bottle. It poured light hazy deep golden with a medium white head. Very sweet spicy mallty flavour with notes of spicy yeast and lots of caramel. Very nice.

Bottle, 6.8%. Weak citric aroma, perhaps a bit of Brett. Almost clear golden colour. Frothy white head, like soap bubbles. The flavour is nicely malty with a good Brett note. Good! But a little dry finish.

Light amber colour, thick cream head. Lightly sweet aroma, hoppy, honey, malts, citrus, overall quite fruity. Fruity bitter flavour, sweet malts, honey. Finish quite hoppy. Nice.

(750ml bottle 2009 vintage thanks to bu11zeye) clear bright gold with wispy fine tan bubbles. Nose of light funky grapeskin, Belgian yeast, honey and fruit. Taste is dry, grapeskin, belgian yeast, spicy, a bit watery with a saccharin linger.

Flaske hos Ole Anders des-12: Mmmm, nå begynner det å ta av. Et interessant øl som mest minner om en lys, velsmakende dubbel. Lang og god ettersmak. Højt men kort skum. Tror begesitringen var størst hos meg.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, toasted, fruit acidic, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091212]

75 cL bottle, Kerstbier Festival 2009. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity. Sweet, light citric and fruity flavoured. Light bitter flavoured into a mild sweet finish. Simple, yet also elegant.
