COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

33 click bottle. Pours an orange with white head. Aroma of orange and raspberries with a little grass, light on the hops. Taste is sweet with slight bitter taste. Palate is smooth. Overall a uniquely Belgian IPA.

Clear golden to orange, frothy head. Light aroma of grass and metal. Taste is sweeter than expected, a bit salty too. Medium body, slightly creamy with a soft carbonation. Notes of rust and alcool in the finish. I would not call It IPA. Not bad though but a bit too watery.

Made at Palm in a time when hops are enjoying a revival in Belgian beer culture. Thick, snow white, sticky, stable head and light orange blonde colour with amber hue, clear with vivid sparkling, hazy after adding the deposit (apparently this is refermented in the bottle, not a habit of John Martinís). Citrussy, fruity hops in the nose, not too strong, bread, caramel, walnuts, fresh orange peel, redcurrant, apple, freshly cut grass, mango; subdued fruity onset, orange touch, some peach and pineapple, sharpish carbo, mellow caramelly and nutty maltiness with something doughy, finish agreeably grassy and spicy hop bitter with some warming alcohol, quite long. Quite enjoyable - for a John Martinís product, at least.

malty and fruity aroma with slight shades of yeast and hops... the taste is malty with notes of figs and tamarinds... hopping is rather light... sweet and dry aftertaste... good beer, but itís not the IPA...

A little bit sweet indeed. Just a small touch of hops in aroma and palate. What a joke? I suggest to drink this IPA in a sweetshop. A cake should be a best choice as an appetizer. B@H

Pours a cloudy orange colour with great carbonation. Fresh fruity orangy aroma, some floral notes there. Sweet floral taste, some grassy notes. Goes down sweet and fresh, lovely medium body with a touch of alcohol.

Unclear orange appearance, medium head. Modest citrusy aroma of hops, grainy, untypical for IPA. Uneventful taste, gently rounded. Below average for its style.

Bottle at Aye Aye Club, august 19th 2014. Clear golden body with a fizzy white head. Clearest IPA Iíve seen in a while. Or is it an IPA? Other than in the name, nothing here resembles an IPA. Aroma of noble hops, malt, alcohol, taste is metallic with yeast esters, malt and a faint hop taste if you really look for it. Unpleasant metallic and boozy finish. This is as much an IPA as a dead old donkey is a pizza.

Bottle at home. Pours clear dark yellow orange with a tiny head. Bland aroma, certainly not IPA worthy, rosewatet. Filtered and pasteurised. Palate is overly flat and sweet, light bitter finish, taste of wet leafs and nuts. Yuk.
