COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thick white head. Aroma of spicy malts, some saison yeast, slightly grainy and a hint of fruits. Flavor is quite dry, spicy and a bit out of balance. Decent body, but definitely not an IPA.

The bottle describes the beer as Belgian’s finest IPA, I beg to differ... It is not a bad IPA but it’s taste is not very outspoken; little hops, little bitter, as a matter of fact little aroma at all. Still not a bad beer but far from good.

Bottle@home. Clear golden. One finger foam. Well lasting. Faint spicy hops. Dry herbal taste. More yearst flavours than hop. More like a belgium blond. Very drinkable but not an IPA in my sense.

It appears clear blonde with an amber hue. The aroma has different fruits, grass, some bread and nuts. It tastes overall sweet with a very light bitter finish. The carbonation is a bit too lively and the texture too thin. A strange IPA without the hops.

This Belgian brew is a bit different of an IPA, in some ways good, in other ways not so much. Poured from a fresh bottle, this beer offers a solid and flavorful aroma, very appetizing fruity hop notes and some sweet maltiness. The taste is similar and likewise enjoyable, a fruity and slightly resiny hoppy bitterness, with some grainy sweet malt, and a touch of yeast. However a faint adjunct grainy taste is present also. Upon looking at the ingredients, maize is listed, and it shows in this brew. The body is unpleasantly thin and excessively overcarbonated, the color likewise is paler than usual, like an "IPA-lite." Still enjoyable overall, has a pleasant finish that reminds me of agave (??) but I probably wouldn't buy this again.
