UPDATED: JUN 3, 2004 Bottled. Clear amber colour, rich creamy head. Rich, fruity hoparoma, obviously from the dry hopping. Slightly citrusy up front. Nicely malty and caramelly. Long pleasant bitterness. Not far from an IPA.

Clear amber with a small head of foam. Aromas are sweet spicy hops. Flavours are caramel and toffee with a decent level of hopping. Lacks body and real bitterness. Shame.
