Bottle, 33cL. Home. Light mahogany clear beer with a medium white head. Medium lasting. Aroma of fruits (red berries), smoked, herbs, notes of caramel and alcohol. Nice balance between bitterness (medium), sweetness (medium), and sourness (light). Medium body, thin and oily texture, average carbonation, warming bitter-sour finish. Overall, a nice discovery ! Pleasant aroma and taste !

Bottle from Bert’s Bierhuis. The beer has a deep golden color nearly amber color and a nice white head, CO2 level is average. In the aroma tones of hops and some citrus. The taste is dry and bitter, because of the hops. Also tones of spices and in the end are some citrus fruits noticable. The finish is fresh and bitter with a light spiciness.
