Jolie couleur brun clair; peu d’arômes; goût bien équilibré entre douceur et amertume; une bière qui se laisse boire

Bottle from Bert’s Bierhuis. The beer has a deep golden color nearly amber color and a nice white head, CO2 level is average. In the aroma tones of hops and some citrus. The taste is dry and bitter, because of the hops. Also tones of spices and in the end are some citrus fruits noticable. The finish is fresh and bitter with a light spiciness.

33cl bottle @Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. Pours clea amber with some white head. Some head retention, poor lacing. Some sweet and cornish like aromas. Light body, some oily texture, soft to average carbonation. Taste is malty, sweet, caramel, little hop punch and some adjunct like flavours. Poor.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2014 La miglior birra che io abbia mai provato. Perfetta ed equilibrata nel gusto. Schiuma persistente e morbida. Per me la birra di riferimento.

Treated in a 33 cl bottle. I expected more of this beer. Nice but improbable. I won’t repeat

Goud/ koper kleurig bier. Weinig schuim. Aroma haal ik niet veel uit. Smaak is licht bitter en in de afdronk iets pittiger. Body is gemiddeld

Pours an amber colour with a beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, some caramel, slightly hoppy. Average English ale, thirstquencher, not bad but nothing special.
