Ambrée transparente, effervescence moyenne, mousse blanche tombe rapidement. Première chose qui saute au palais: la présence de maïs qui donne toujours un goût assez désagréable. Pour le reste, le sucre caramélisé se taille la part du lion. Suit une amertume houblonnée qui n’est pas du meilleur goût...

0,33l bottle. Pours copper dark amber with, clear body with creamy white/beige lacing- Aromas are plums, sweet malts, some berries and grass. Palate is soft, silky smooth, medium bodied. Carbonation is soft and flat but mouthful. Taste is sweet malts, some caramel, and a dry lingering hops taste. Finish is mild, dry to medium bitter. Overall quite balanced ale, little weak on hops and watery in the end but not too sweet.

A fast swelling firm head that captures a smooth nice aroma. Hoppy, but surprisingly sweet. A bit malty, but nothing apparent. Lots of flavor in a well balanced mix.

Bottle. Golden amber with a good, fairly dense and longlasting off white head. Medium hoppy aroma with some fruit and grain. Flavour is grassy with malt undertones and a good lasting bitter finish. Enjoyable and delicious.

Golden pale color. Hoppy aromas at the beginning. When it gets warmer, the aromas turn into caramel. Malty, caramel kinda taste, with a very nice hoppy bitter aftertaste. Not bad.
