Bügelverschlußflasche(@toom, Marktheidenfeld): Golden, hazy, small off-white foamy layer with a veggie touch, a delicate bitterness is detectable; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, barely medium bodied, but nevertheless chewy; dusty-grainy finish with a low bitterness. Disappointing…

Hell malziger, etwas herber Antrunk. Milder passender Hopfen. Dann etwas würziger werdend, spritzig, nett. 11/11/11/10/9/11

500ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Floral hoppy aroma, subtle, unspecific fruitiness, hints of (yeast dough) apple pie. Taste is moderately sweet malty, slightly unspecific fruity, apple at most, some fruit acid, maybe in unfiltered apple juice direction, apple pie character overall; slightly floral hoppy finish. Untypical Märzen with nice Zwickel touch - "hübsch".

Bottle 50cl, an almost clear copper beer with huge creamy head. Nose is grainy, sweet like with blond caramel notes. Aroma is grainy, cereal like, sweet light apple touch, finish is on caramel and toasted bread, fresh grassy hops, good stuff.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Golden to copper color. Sweet very nutty aroma with honey. Sweet nutty, honeyish and toffeish taste with hint of herbal hops and scorched bread. Medium body. OK but fairly worty lager.

50cl fliptop. Pours a brackish yellow-brown. Bready aroma with slight hop presence. "Malzblumig" is an unterstatement: rich aromatic malt mash sweetness overtoning the hops, tending towards old fruit compote - classification "lieblich" if it would have been an unfiltered wine. Obviously concocted from quality malts, but just too rich and "süffig" for my tastes.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home.

Unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, malty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, hay, straw, grain, fruity sweet, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Grassy, a bit fruity aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, almost pineapple sweetish maltyness with grassy hops. Not very inspiring.
