Klares goldgelb mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Heuig, hopfig, würzig, eine leicht Süße, dennoch überwiegt die Hopfenbittere, insgesamt ganz ok.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear golden, mid sized head. Distinct grassy nose. Dry with light-medium body and firm, crisp mouthfeel. Grassy hops and salty bread. Pleasantly dry and crisp, yet with a fruity solid malt backbone. Long bitter finish. Refreshing and moreish.

Vom Faß im Bräustüble, Marktheidenfeld (21.4.2014). - Strohgelb, klar. - In der Nase feiner Aromahopfen. - Antrunk schlank mit würzig-grasigem Hopfen. Schönes helles Malz. Perfekte, milde Rezenz.

lusikka (7119) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 17, 2014
500 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a golden colour with a white small foamy head. Aroma of grains, strong diacetyl notes and paper. Flavour of bread, diacetyl, wet hay, mild bitterness and wet paper. Light bodied, dry mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Not that enjoyable.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A.
Pours pale clear golden color with a small head. Aroma of hay, mild hops, clove and some mild malts. Flavor of hay, malts, butter and some grain, some bread also. Very slick palate, quite bready and harsh finish, some off-notes also.

It’s golden with a dense white head. The aroma has notes of slightly dusty grain, straw, and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of dusty hay, straw and grain, and the finish is slightly dry and a bit dusty.

3fourths (8602) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAY 19, 2013
draft in Marktheidenfeld. sparkling pale straw body with a billowy and rocky white head, excellent retention with patchy, thick lacing. candy corn pilsner malt aroma with sugar snap pea hop notes early, developing more into some Shishito and Anaheim pepper (raw, not roasted) with some time. low sweetness, medium-low acid, medium-low bitterness. stale hop flavor is overrun with growing DMS and toasted corn kernel / corn nut character. light body with soft carbonation but rough malt huskiness / graininess and a pervasive stale saltine cracker flavor. very simple and un-cared for. to add to this misery, after approximately twenty minutes of breathing, this pilsner decides to emit scents of tomatos and makeup powder. yum.
