Cask at GBBF 2009. Dark brown, no real condition to it. Bit of spice bit sweet on the malts. Dull and just a bit of spice on some malty water.

Cask at GBBF. Dark chestnut ith a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and toffee malt, possibly with a little diacetyl butterscotch thrown in for good measure. Sweet and slightly fruity caramel flavour.

4.8% abv, according to the festival program. Dark brown body with floaters and dimples on the surface. Roasted sweet malts in smell and flavour. Low bitter rate and far too little to keep all the sweetness at bay. Unvaried. Sample, gravicask, at GBBF 07.08.2009.
