On tap @ Duncansville. Pours a very dark amber to orange pour with a small foamy head. Nice citrusy and floral nose. Moderate to heavy bitterness and crackery toasted maltiness with a long lingering finish. Medium bodied with a fairly creamy soft texture. Nice soft carbonation. Overall, the best of the bunch of 8 beers I had that night.

Jun 17, 2008 Poured a very nice deep clear red color with a froathy offwhite head that lasts a long time. Rustic earthy hop aroma and flavor. Very dry and bitter. Can feel the alcohol burn. Overall, decent.

Mar 1, 2008 Draft at Allison Park. Pours copper amber with a creamy, retentive off white head. Malty aroma fused with floral and citrus hops. Malt profile of dark caramel and brown sugar that is overpowered by a bitterness that carries through to the finish. Some faint alcohol detected. I found the hop profile to be a tad harsh and abrasive.

Feb 18, 2008 (Duncansville) Creamy beige head atop clear dark amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, light pineapple/pine. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, light pine. Medium body, some resin, light acidity. Seems a similar recipe to their APA, just a little bit bigger.

Feb 14, 2008 Pours a clear copper color. Aroma is of tons of hopps. Flavor is the same, very bitter with not much balance.
