Mild spicy nose, bitter herbal notes and orange peels, a bit of honey and lemon. Some sweet floral character, too. Hazy light amber-orange, with thin off-white head. Light to medium bodied, with medium carbonation and bit of carbonic fizz in the throat. Starts with dry citrus bitterness and mild fruity sweetness. Good floral bitter notes with dry yeastiness (just short of being too astringent) and orange peel. Very crisp for a saison and leaves a clean finish and after. Very refreshing and a nice summer beer.
