Mar 17, 2006 Smooth sweet biscuit aroma. Caramel maltiness and toffee and fresh grain. Light fruity hoppy notes. Refreshing and clean, with a bit of alcohol vapor and estery notes. Dark caramel brown clear, with thin white head. Medium bodied with medium-high carbonation. Light carbonic burn. Starts sweet with tannin and biscuit, toffee sweet. Neutral fruits. Great malt flavor with light dry tannic notes. Finish is mildly alcoholic with fruity hops and mild bitterness. This bitterness grows as sweetness wastes away and you’re left with a pleasant dry nutty after. Nice.
