3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught in Altoona: This one pours a fairly clear, coppery color. There was a very small off white head on it that left some lacing. The aroma is milder. Some caramel malt and grassiness. The taste is OK. Caramel malts, hints of fruits and a hint of tartness in the finish. Decent enough.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap, Duncansville location. Pours a clear copper body with a minimal wispy off-white head that ran to a thin ring. Sweet honey and malty nose with a bit of butterscotch and light alcohol. Sweet munich and pale malts with a clover honey note up front. Finishes clean with a light alcohol kick. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, a little thick, with soft fizzy carbonation. Decent enough, but the little bit of butterscotch bothers me a little.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a clear light copper brown color with almost no head. Aroma reminds me of cough medicine - can smell the alcohol. Flavor very very alcoholish. Sweet sugary tries to cover it but does terrible job. Worst beer I had there. Avoid.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft @ Marzoniís. Clear copper colored body with a 1/2 inch off-white head, overall a very bright appearance. Super sweet up front, hugely fruity, syrupy, and oily, tasting like fruit cocktail/pear syrup/maraschino cherries, with some cloying olive oil developing in the finish. Man, way too sweet, sticky and sugary.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Another beer had at the Penn Brewery Festival. Nice head and lacing, but the flavor was a bit lacking for style without the maltiness normally associated with a brew this heavy. Alcohol presence was evident without any heavy hop aftertaste. An easy drinker.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Malty caramel notes. Alcohol vapors and nice esters. LIght fruitiness, cotton candy or candy corn. Overall aroma is mild by pleasant. Reddish orange amber clear with thin white head, but of lacing during initial sips. Medium bodied, bit of alcohol warming, and medium carbonation. Starts with some sweetness, nice caramel tangy malts. Big alcohol warming and taste profile. Mild fruitiness. Medium bittering from mid-taste to finish. Dry nutty profile in finish/after. Vapory with some vanilla. Good ester. Itís just a bit harsh in bittering finish, mild chalkiness. Pairs better with food than drinking too much by itself, mainly because of the alcohol level.
