COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the English style with generous whirlpool and dry hopping from English and N.Z hops. Tropical fruit on the nose moving into Apricot and Orange with complimentary caramel malts. Our IPA finishes with a bitter, lingering resinous kick.

Tasting @ Cellarbrations Carlisle Carpark Brewday.
A pastel shade of orange and sparkling with good head retention.Quite floral is the aroma with a backdrop of passionfruit, lychee and peach. Predominately hop driven on the palate with a dousing citric fruit tang and vinous, herbal backend. Moderately bitter and briefly earthy before more fruit and flowery notes fade off in the swallow. Very clean, very lean and oh so well done. Enough malt to fill it out but this is kept in the shadows by the lovely use of hop in this one. Done well to create something just plainly sessionable. Mash has done well with this one. Perfect harmony of hop and malt in a beer that should be on tap at everyone’s local!!

On Tap at Swan Valley Brewery. Good medium tight white head on a bright amber colored body. Slight aroma only give a clue to the large amount of hops in this "English" style IPA. Palate is clean and the balance of hops is more associated with the US styles although using UK and NZ hops. If you need hops and you are at a Mash outlet, this is the one!!!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Baden Powell. Very hoppy. Aromas of caramel and grass. Taste is bitter, with average length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Orange, with a frothy head.

Clear golden orange body with lasting head. Soft orange notes on the aroma, sessionable moderate bitterness in the taste, as an English style ipa this is one that I could drink a few of as I drink ( and prefer) more of the American style , a little bit too easy to drink, but maybe I was in the mood ( again ) biscuity, orange and apricot flavours and dry hopped and minerally.
