COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Evolution strong ale presents with a deep copper colour and a soft, creamy head. Taking over the taste buds with a complex flavour of rich malt and fruit, it finishes smooth and warming.

Sampled at the brewery. Hazy golden amber, soft ecru head. Nice estery fruity aroma of spiced pears, maybe some banana. Finish is warm bordering on harsh. By far the most interesting of their offerings at the moment.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2009 Clear, amber body with off-white head and solid rings of lacing. Quite smooth in the taste with well hidden alcohol although some little grassy notes and butterscotch.
