on tap-pours a disappearing white head and pale yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is sweet grain. Taste is sweet grain, faint hops. Crisp light body beer. OK carbonation.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 unclemike (1493) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - MAY 24, 2011
This brew poured a medium head of fine to medium sized white mostly lastin bubbles that left behind a fair lacing and a softly carbonated transparent orange colored body. It hd a mild malt aroma if it had any aroma at all! Its mild malt hop flavor was nothing special and its mouthfeel was smooth and thin from start to finish

Almost an apple cider quality. Very light yellow color. Has a mild malt smell. It has a typical light beer taste with a somewhat nutty after taste.

IT looks, feels, and tastes like a lighte beer with a little more flavor. Mainly slightly more bitter and grassy. The first of many nondescript beers.

Sampled at the brewpub, this is light yellow and quite bubbly, yet there’s no head. There’s little aroma, maye a little corn starch. The lavor is lightly malty and sweet, butnot too biscuity and without any starches. Pretty good Koelsch-style brew. (#2802, 4/21/07)
2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 NachlamSie (2153) - Tennessee, USA - JAN 30, 2007
Draught. Yes, this is obviously brewed to be consumed by the BMC fans. There are token corn, paper notes. It’s not overly light and pretty crisp. Decent for what it is.

From notes 7/14/03:
Pours with your basic "light beer" characteristics. Pale yellow color with a fluffy white head. Minimal aroma, just a touch of a malt scent. The taste was basically malty, with a very very low hop profile. Carbonated well. Little lacing. Very crisp and dry in the aftertaste. An easy drinker. The beer menu lists it as 4.5%, their website has 3.4%. That’s a bit of a difference there.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 muzzlehatch (4425) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - APR 30, 2006
Draught sample at the brewpub. Pale, clear blonde with minimal head.....honey-sweet, touch of corn sugar, faint hint of herbal character in the aroma....lemon-apple acidic quality on the tongue, sweet, thin but not quite completely lifeless, inoffensive and fairly clean.
