Taste is peach/sweet, wheat, lemon, creamy. Ok effervescence. muzzlehatch (4425), Burlington, Vermont, USA Apr 30, 2006 Draught sample at the brewpub. Hmmm, a fruity hefe, are we in trouble here? Well, let’s try to be objective: clear peachy amber, no bubbling or head really....faintly fruity/syrupy aroma, hints of vanilla and brown sugar....alas it’s a rather nasty mix of syrupy, cloying juice and sour mash in the body, a bit metallic/medicinal and quite artificial tasting....as I feared, it has that "chick beer" character without much real beer flavor, and the ingredients seem cheap and poorly put together. Uhh, guys, "chicks" aren’t just into crappy sweet stuff anymore.... singlelensrefl (24), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA Dec 6, 2004 Really good for a fruit beer, as peach goes very well with the mash house hefeweizen.
