COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer has a light copper color and medium body with slight under tones of honey, malt, and caramel. Generous amounts of American hop varieties give a distinct bitterness and plenty of floral and citrus flavors.

At Mash Tun--Poured a light amber body, almost copper with a wispy white head. Great flowery, piquant nose, but flavor is a little thin. Some hops bitterness and biscuit malts and caramel. Finished with the trace of grassiness and citrus hops, but mostly dull and watery.

Bright golden-copper colour. Light fruity nose with hints of citrus, toast, wood. Clean, with a well-balanced character matching toasty, caramelly malts and orangey, woody hops.
