COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light in both color and body, this cream ale is crisp and clean. Small amounts of flaked maize are added to the mash to provide a smooth mouth-feel while in the kettle it is hopped entirely with local Willamette hops giving it a subtle herbal, spicy finish.

Musty, grassy hop aroma. Foggy, golden color with thin white head. Initial sweetness with hints of orange and finish is muted. Almost watery thin mouthfeel but endemic to style. A sessionable cream ale; not bold but no flaws other than perhaps a thin body.

Draft at brewpub. Pours a clear golden with small tight white head. Sweet creamed corn with hints of grass and a bit of grain. Sweet corn, grassy mid palate with light dms in the finish. Could use a bit more carbonation and attenuation.
