COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This German style Alt is medium to full bodied with an amber to reddish hue. Large amounts of Vienna and Munich malt gives it a slightly sweet and malty taste with just a hint of caramel balancing out delicate German hop flavors and aromas.

Drinkable and dryish, thirst-quenching, lightly hopped, amber-colored ale. That says enough, and yet I’ve been told to add more characters.

Malt sweetness on the nose. Hazy, reddinsh brown pour under a beige head. Nutty, woody malt flavor with bready, biscuity clean finish. Medium body leaves a filling impression. Good alt-style amber. Bitterness cleans up the malt nicely.

Tap at their Brewpub... poured hazy copper-red similar to their ESB. Not much aroma, faint cardboard and malt. Kind of watery with chalky malts and that’s about it. Maybe some toffee in there, with a dry finish.
