Clear golden nice to look at medium body. Alc does not sit out front and doesn’t dry out on the finish at all which is more malty sweet with hoppiness. makes more drinkable. Enjoyable. Not getting the pillowy heads from the bottle much... and I’ve had many. For me this should be around standard quality and not something to be so highlighted, for example Bernard Blond surpasses on every note. This beer gets extra points for the Imperial!

Amber colour with a thick head. Hints of burnt sugar, caramel, alcohol and very little bitterness. Full bodied.

33cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks! Pours golden with a white head. Malty and slightly fruity aroma with hints of hops and caramel. Quite sweet and malty with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Pleasant enough, but hardly memorable. (2012-09-15)

Golden with a lasting white head. Sweet malty aroma with a fruity touch. Sweet malty flavour with a touch of biscuit, a fruity hint and some spicy hops and quite a bit of iron - still though, more depth than your usual European strong lager

Regular Czech-style lager, nothing to remember, nothing to complain about. Malty taste.

Bottle. Dark golden with a rocky head. Malt in the aroma, also freshly-cut-grass Saaz hops, but also some candy sweet stickyness. No alcohol in the aroma though. Solid bodied, sweetish taste with a candy sweet flavour. On the other hand, the bitterness on this is quite strong, mingling with a not too pleasant alcoholic astringency. On the whole, this could be far worse. The hops manage to render this beer yet drinkable. Yet.

330 ml bottle - Orange/copper colour, thin head and nice thin lacing on the glass.
Malty and alcoholic aroma with some sweetness in the background. Bitterness is just good. I was pleased have this beer.

Barva: jantarová, pěna hustá, držííc. Vůně: sladová, sladká. Chuť: plné pivo středního řízu s výraznou sladovou chutí, jen středně hořké a s mírnou stopou chmele. V pivě je patrný alkohol.

From the bottle. Golden copper, off white head. Sweet, metallic, some caramel. Taste is butter and caramel with a touch of bitterness. Average.
