COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Not very special as the bottle is promising.Unfiltered, cloudy golden colour. Average in everything.

swing top bottle 750ml. -from Area 12 Torino as I Cavalieri Doppio Malto Bionda. Cloudy yellow coloured, medium sized creamy white head, pleasant fruity hoppy nose. Moderate malty, fruity hoppy, slight citrusy and mild alcoholic with bitterish finish. Surprisingly good indeed.

Bottle shared by Inoven, thanks! Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweet, yeast, lightly dark fruits, lightly hops, a distant hint of leaves and tea. Decent body and soft carbonation.

So, the fourth cotta we’ve tried, this time without any "strange" ingredients. Thanks Ogi! Poured a nice full misty yellow body with a small white head that went away relatively fast. Fresh fruity, lemony aroma that suggests aroma hops - yay, lightl maltiness, quite lovely! Taste... again, lemony on a solid backbone, mild vitamins, fresh, creamy, no alcohol! Just slightly and annoyingly so in away too little bitterness, as it’s otherwise a very good beer. Good job!

Birra discreta, schiuma poco persistente, Buon profumo, poca intensità al palato, retrogusto piacevole ma poco intenso. Birra d’emergenza....

Colore giallo intenso brillante. Schiuma bianca e abbastanza consistente. Profumo intenso erbaceo, sapore intenso conferma l erbaceo e malto e miele. Ad alta fermentazione.

Golden yellow hazy pour. Aroma is citrus, pale malty sweetness, fruity. Fruity is more present at taste, somewhat grainy character, slightly citrus aftertaste. Too much carbonation with a medium-to-high body gives a too much lasting head. Perfectible.

Pours a bright yellow/gold with a lose light tan head. The smell is wet cardboard, fruit, mild malt. The taste is sweet light malt, cardboard, tart fruit. Light in body with low carbonation.

Thanks to ThirstyBird for sharing! The nose is neutral-hoppy. The beer starts sweetish-awful. Sweetish cardboard, slightly bitter. The aftertaste is just sweet, alcoholic, pushing bitter.
