UPDATED: JAN 6, 2013 500 ml. bottle. Pours a hazy golden colour, with an almost non existant head thatfades quickly. Interesting smell of spices, maybe coriander, and tropical fruits, papaya or mango .Light body, taste of tropical fruits, some spices, citrus and agood bitter aftertaste.

Bottled at Flying Elk, Stockholm. Golden with particles creating serious haze, quickly dissipating head. Aroma of sweet Welsh country cider and chalk. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. The chalk and apples are toned down in the flavour, in favour of grass and salt. Mild finish with low bitterness. A bit like good friends can be - not good looking and downright smelly, but still a pleasure to be with...

Bottle from a wineshop in West Hampstead. Light golden colour, quite high carbonation, big white head, slight gush. Quite Belgian in style, little bit fruity, yeasty. Nice bitter balance. Felt a bit light on the body/alcohol bite for the style, but of course it’s only 5.2% so I’d say it’s actually quite flavoursome as an easy drinking summery farmhouse ale.

Yellowish, rather clear for a weizen, with some deposit. Citrus, some grass, dough. In the sour-bitter family, slightly salty. Medium body, average carbonation, bitter finish. Quite nice and unexpectedly refreshing.
