Bottle shared at De Molen tasting. Pours orange without any head. Aroma is herbal, mainly bay leaves, not very pleasant. Taste is actually not as bad as you would expect and quite short lasting. Quite dry with some sourness.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2013 Bottle from Aggie Liquors. Pinkish red and slightly hazy with minimal head and no lacing. The aroma is tea, floral earthiness, honey, herbs, spices and bready malts. Similar flavor with a pretty light body. Pretty interesting.

Säuerlich bitterer Antrunk mit gewürzigen, schnell schwächer werdenden Aromen. Saurer werdend, geringe Kirschnoten. Weiches trockenes Finish, Hibiskus. 6/8/7/8/9/8

Bottle. Pours a clear, dark orange red with essentially a finger of rapidly settling head. Aroma is herbal, bay leaves, hibiscus, yerba mate. Flavor is fruity, mildly tart, hibiscus up front with a pleasant herbal, creamy yerba mate finish. Light carbonation, light body, and smooth texture. Very drinkable, intensely herbal beer. A very interesting beer, enjoyed this one.

Hazy amber beer with a noisy peach coloured head! Light crispy palate, dry. Hibiscus sweetness. Mild herby citrus from the bay leaves. Adds up to a fruity mid. Finishes dry with herbal coolness. Not bad, certainly different. Minerally crisp. Nice beer but I could not drink a lot of it.

Bottle. Pours a very... interesting color, mix between amber and yellow. Clear pour, no head at all. Aroma has hibiscus, laurel and artificial sugar, aspartame. Flavor is medium dry with sour flavors. Not quite enjoyable.
