COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Brewers Reserve Alpha Pale Ale is very much in line with the beers from America’s North West – assertive bitterness together with a distinctive fruit and citrus aroma - except we’ve put a Matilda Bay spin on it. It has a big hop nose with citrus notes derived from the use of Cascade hops imported from North America. 35 IBU.

Pours a hazy light amber color with some bubbly off white head. Nose is sweet orange and grapefruit , pineapple and a bit of malt. Very hop forward, with hops throughout the entire palate. Taste is sweet citrus, some caramel, toast and biscuit. Lots of grapefruit on the finish. Really enjoying this.

345ml bottle from dan murphys, poured into a tulip glass with a half finger head very little lacing, the taste reminds me of north coast red seal ale, in my opinion the best Aussie made apa, quite a nice beer

A good pale ale. Not too bitter and yet a flavorful brew. Nutty and earthy, and a good dinner beer because it wont get in the way of most dishes.

A nice craft beer deserves a taste.Pours mild copper with little to no head. Flowery aroma leads out to a sweet hoppy taste that hits a grapefruity note with light malty sweetness, then finishes with a cascade bitter after taste that stays with the palette. Well balanced APA style that isn’t over grassed like so many can be. Good Beer for Perth just way over priced.

On tap at Naked for Satan. Much nicer than their Fat Yak. Beautiful amber colour, resin, citrus and hops on the nose. Strong balanced flavours from start to finish. Quite satisfying.

Almost as good as creatures pale. Doesn’t quite have that citrus hop bitterness that creatures has. Holds on its own pretty well decent enough pale and good price

Pours clear deep amber colour with thin head, but decent lacing. Aroma dominated by citrus hops, with a nice balance of malt. Thin to medium bodied, a little oily in texture. A hint of spice on the tongue with a bitter finish. A nice hoppy APA,

Bottle- Pours a copper color with a decent head that fades slowly to nice lacing. Aroma of citrus, fruit, some grain and a bit of malt sweetness in the background. Taste of citrus, a mild malt sweetness and a bit of grain. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly medium body, crisp and quite smooth. Nicely balanced. Very pleasant beer, that goes down easy. Good for a few.

A surprisingly nice beer. Nothing too wild and out there just a nice beer different enough to be interesting and easily drinkable. Had a slight bitter sweetness about it and nice hop and fruity notes. Will be hoping this will be on tap during the summer.
