Munich dark lager style. Quite a light beer flavour wise but not too bad. It’s in the 1000 beers to drink before you die book, but I’m not sure why...

Bottle from Mane Liquour. Aromas of chocolatey malts and maybe some light coffee. Taste is roasted coffee, chocolate and caramel malts. Actually not too bad.

Coffee flavour prominant, bit watery and thin for my taste then again it is a lager. Not a bad beer but would probably be better on a warm day when a stout or the like would be just a bit to heavy.

Bottle- a good version of a Munich style dark lager. Great malt flavour from start to finish. Very enjoyable beer.

Bottle. My sister Anne brought back from her trip down under and I’ve not had this one while there. Pours a light head that leaves in a hurry and color is clear copper. Sweet malty nose, but not much sweetness in the actual beer. It is a lager, pure and not as simple, but a bit reminiscent of a Yuengling Lager here in PA, however a bit more complex. This is a thin beer with decent flavor. Not sure that it was worth carting home, but I could drink these in any weather at any time. Not bad at all.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Dark amber colour witha beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel , fruit. Flavour is roasted malt, caramel, fruit, hop. Ordinary beer.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Dark amber to brown with a small off-white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, woth some ,roasty notes, dried fruit, vanilla, Average.

Bottle 345ml.
Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sweet licorice. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, dried fruit and vanilla. Sweet malt and caramel flavour with some dark notes and a slightly roasted finish

Bottle. It’s a clear, dark amber to brown beer with a small, off-white to beige head. Roasted malts, a touch of licorice and some beef stock. Lightly roasted flavor with something licorice like. Quite dry, medium bodied and a bit hard on the carbonation. A quite drinkable beer, nothing special going on, but quite decent. 110819
