Off tap: pours golden with a fluffy head that quickly came back to a thin layer. Nothing particularly jumping out at me with the aroma, flavour was fairly one dimensional and lacked the hops that I’d expect. Overall pretty uninspiring.

Quite watery and boring American (or Australian?) pale ale, mildly hopped, not quite interesting at all.

345 ml bottle. BB 17/May/14. Aussie Bar, Tampere, Finland.
Clear deep golden colour with a small white head. Sweet malt, sweet hops, candies, sweetness and some airy notes in the aroma. The flavour is sweet malt, sweet hops, floral and candy hops and more sweetness. Drinkable but boring pale ale.

Tap @ Aussie Bar, Tampere.
Pours clear golden color, small head. Mild fruits on the nose, faint fruits also. Fruity flavor, some grains and malts. The cardboard notes ruin this completely.

lusikka (5376) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 26, 2014
330 ml bottle @ Aussie Bar, Tampere. Pours a dark golden colour with a white head. Aroma of biscuit and some floral hoppy notes. Flavour of biscuit, mild floral bitterness, some sweetness and grains. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. Good drinkability. Overall a mild APA, which could use a lot more flavour.

on tap at bondi icebergs. pale amber, clear with a lingering thin head; plenty of pine and caramel in the aroma; toffeed sweetness, medium bitterness; frothy mouthfeel; gets less and less interesting as you work your way through the schooner, finishes a bit dusty

Bottled, from random bottle store in Melbourne, Victoria. Clear bronze colour, small head.Fruity dusty nose with faint grapefruit. Sweetish with clean, hard mouthfeel and medium body. Metal, dust, ripe fruit. Shallow and industrial. Marginally better than VB.

kiwianer (3315) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - FEB 7, 2014
The head is robust, the body light brown. It smells malty, bit fruity-banana, mild orange, yeasty. The taste is hop-aromatic, fruity, mild orange. Different, but could be more intensive, still ok and tasty.
