duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 18, 2002
Quite light on in comparison to German wheats, but this Aussie wheat is pretty good, but a bit bland, still iíd rather drink this than other Aussie swill, its decent.

This beer pioneered the Aussie boutique style. Decent wheat style but lost a bit when taken over from CUB.

Have to admit, I havenít tried too many wheat beers but I did like this beer. I didnít mind the dryness, it was crisp and quite refreshing.

Too thin & dry. Lack of wheat flavour when compared to a real German wheat. Buy one of those instead.

The first íindependentí beer I ever tasted about 12 years ago. Didnít think much of it then, still donít. Now you have me thinking I should try it again. Might buy a bottle on the weekend and get back to you...
