Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A Golden-Ale with a huge citrus bouquet full of fresh lemons and spicy orange zest. The mouth is filled with vanilla malt and left with a long and satisfying bitter finish. An easy-drinking “session beer” with a character that you will find refreshing at any time of year.

Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel hints. Sweet flavor with fruit, piney and hoppy notes. Bitter finish.

Cask at GBBF 08. Re-rated after getting a spoilt, sulphurous pint at Kingston BF. Light golden yellow colour with an intense, extremely floral aroma and similar flavour. Very smooth and refreshing.

Kent Beer Fest, The Cow Shed, Canterbury. Gorgeous session bitter. Pulling together all the bits really well. A nice hint of sulphur (Burton Snatch). Good base sweetness. Lovely.

gravicask @ kingston bf 08. Aroma of sulphur galore! very mettallic and sulphurous nose. Bright yellow colour, little white lace, thin rim. Still very eggy, but once you get past the sulphur bit, its a very refreshing, well balanced hoppy pint.

Cask (Kitty’s, Helsinki)
Pale yellow, small white head. Initial hoppy aroma, but some light malt comes through too, and some caramel. Taste is crisp and hoppy with a decent amount of soft light maltiness. Good quaffer, lots of flavour for 3.8%.
