It’s hazy warm golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of wild mint. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of herbs, wild mint, malt, flower and the finish is slightly dry.

Bottle @ home picked up at Mile High Liquor Denver. Pours a bit hazy, golden orange appearance with a nice, full khaki head. Quite potent, spicy and fresh, herbal, chewy herbal yeasty, just a touch citrusy aroma. Carbonation is a bit strong and zippy. Potent grassy, very herbal, fairly dry grainy flavor. Maybe a bit of citrus, but mostly a grassy, herbal flavor. Interesting and pretty tasty.

Bottle(as Apostelbräu First Bavarian Pale Ale): Cloudy to "milky", big off-white - very stable - and very creamy head; sourish-grainy nose with aromas of unripe wheat, turpentine and yeast; moderate dry sourish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, slightly adstringent MF; lingering sourish-fruity and bitter finish. Too sour, no pleasure…
