Draft at the brewpub. Nice ruby hue. Smooth drinker with a mellow sugary thing. Sweet but with a tight hoppy kick at the end. (#3754, 11/27/2009)

Sampled at Schlafly Fresh Hop Fest - Pours amber with a tan head. The aroma has some sweetness, toasted malt and tropical notes to the hops. Medium / full body with fairly soft carbonation. The flavor begins with sweet malt with spicy and tropical hops - quite hopped up and not exactly balanced. The finish is a bit drier and has some earthy hoppiness. Nice beer.

A nice strong ale. Deep ruby pour, small head but nice lacing. Creamy body with tons of piney hops to it. Yummy.

(draught - Fresh Hop Ale Festival at Schlafly Bottleworks) deep amber with decent head. Citrus/pine hops aroma. Flavor was nicely balanced between strong slightly sweet malt and hops.
