Byli jsme první, kdo IBA v ČR uvařil. V Anglii byla Černá Raketa vyhlášena Darrenem Turpinem vítězem v kategorii BEST OVERSEAS DRAUGHT BEER při jeho degustační soutěži GOLDEN PINT AWARDS 2010 – MY SELECTION. Tak to nás potěšilo.

Bottle at the Cotteridge Convention thanks to Steve. It pours deep brown with a medium beige head. The nose is toasty, cocoa, roasted malt, touch of tar, chocolate orange, orange rind and varnish. The taste is bitter, rich roast, ashy, varnish, earth, toast, chocolate, orange rind, tar and burnt wood with a dry, roasty finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Mighty decent.

Bottled, sampled at The Cotteridge Convention, many thanks to Beersiveknown. Dark amber with off white head. Commences quite bitter and dry, plenty of reasonably dark roasted malts coating the palate, this is followed by quite a pleasant citric, grapefruit hoppy note for some counter balance. Good stuff.
