COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Byli jsme první, kdo IBA v ČR uvařil. V Anglii byla Černá Raketa vyhlášena Darrenem Turpinem vítězem v kategorii BEST OVERSEAS DRAUGHT BEER při jeho degustační soutěži GOLDEN PINT AWARDS 2010 – MY SELECTION. Tak to nás potěšilo.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus, wood, light licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, wood, light pine - wood, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]

Bottle at Appellation Wines tasting. Dark brown body with a medium beige head. Good lacing. Aroma of blackberry, treacle and wood. Flavour of chocolate, wood and light hops. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Very rich and enjoyable.

Bottle at Comely Bankers III. Very dark brown, brown head. Nose is sweet roast and chocolate, light orange. Tastes sweet chocolate, quite heavy in roast, good hoppy stout.

Bottle thanks to BenH. Appearance - dark brown to black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate, coffee bean. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - closer to stout than ipa. A hopped stout.
