COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pšeničné patří do projmutého tenkostěného poháru, který je na tento druh piva určen! Jedině tak, si dobré pšeničné vychutnáte. My tyto poháry na naše pšeničné dodáváme. Pro toto pivo je typický kvasnicový zákal. Pšeničné zažívá ve světě i u nás svoji renesanci. Svým původem patří k nejstarším druhům piva, zmínky lze nalézt již ve středověku.

Bottle: Relatively pale golden, hazy, bigger fluffy off-white head; dusty-grainy nose with well hidden traces of bananas, grapefruit and wheat; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite soft and quite light bodied; a light tartness shows up in the lemony-wheaty finish. Average Weizen, but a nice thirst-quencher.......

(bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a tall but diminishing frothy white head. Sweet and slightly dusty yeasty wheat-malty aroma with notes of vanilla and a restrained fruity touch of banana. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty, wheaty and grainy malty taste with a touch of banana and vanilla; sweet malty and wheaty finish with mildly fruity notes. Classical Hefeweizen, lacks a bit fruit-character. 04.IV.11

Schroppfy (2360) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - APR 23, 2011
I find this medium-to-high in the banana sweetness department; right down the middle. Very clovey, so spicy in this regard that it stuns the lips a little. Aroma is pepper, hay, a little bubblegum. Yeast pour yields a little sourness. Slightly smoky (!) and very organic feel to this beer. Great dense head, great body; this brewery has bottle-conditioning down solid!

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph.
Pours pale hazy yellow with a lovely, frothy, white head. Good lacing and duration. Aroma has banana, grainy wheat, green apple and mild coriander. Medium carbonation, dry and a bit thin palate. Flavour is a bit weak, sadly, with primarily sweet wheat. Light peppery, some banana. Fine grainy dryness in the finish with the peppery notes get more apparent.

From tap at MikkellerBar as Hefeweizen, 5.5%. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, phenolic, estery and bubblegum banana. Dry banana flavoured, bubblegum and estery. Estery fruity and dry finish. Classic wheat, not my thing.
