Pšeničné patří do projmutého tenkostěného poháru, který je na tento druh piva určen! Jedině tak, si dobré pšeničné vychutnáte. My tyto poháry na naše pšeničné dodáváme. Pro toto pivo je typický kvasnicový zákal. Pšeničné zažívá ve světě i u nás svoji renesanci. Svým původem patří k nejstarším druhům piva, zmínky lze nalézt již ve středověku.

Draft. The aroma has strong notes of wheat and banana, as well as lighter notes of peaches. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and banana, as well as lighter notes of cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

On tap at Prague Beer Museum. Probably the best weizen in CZ. The beer is a harmony of taste, aroma color and palate. It´s very refreshing due to crisp fruity tones.

On tap at Velka Klasterni Restaurace on 10th July 2010. Hazy yellow with lacing white head. Beautifully fruity back-taste alongside classic yeast aromas. Citric and berry fruit, namely lemon and cherry, yet not overly sweet. Also remarkably easy to drink despite being 5.1. I enjoyed this wheatbeer very much.

bottle from Zly Casy. Cloupy pale yellow colour, large and creamy white head. Fruity nose (banana). Full-bodied, wheaty with lots of banana and a nice biter hoppy counterpart. Smooth palate. A really delciious and highly enjoyable Hefeweizen.

I think this is about the perfect hefe. Had both on draft at Zlý Časy and in bottle. Not overly yeastly like US versions, probably a little more clove and dryness than German versions, big carbonation....i think its the best beer in this style I’ve had....if you are in the Czech Republic make sure you hunt down some Matuska. Thanks for the tip on this beer Max.
