COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Intercontinental IPA. 15.9°

Dark yellow to light amber color, white head. Aroma is very hoppy with cascade, fruite, citrus and malts. Flavor is few malty, intensive hoppy with intensive notes of cascade, grapefruite, citrus peel and aroma hops.

Awesome beer. Reminds me of Punk IPA from Brewdog. A Must-have beer! Drunk in Kulovy blesk in Prague.

Draught at Prague Beer Museum. Clear golden beer with a nice lasting offwhite head. Hoppy aroma, pine needles, grapefruit, floral, hay, citrus, grapes, pine apples, biscuits, lemongrass, pears, some orange. Hoppy floral flavor, caramel, pine needles, orange, woody, pine apples, grapefruit, lemo grass, hay, notes of perfume, dandelions, some herbal notes. Fruity hoppy finish with grapefruit, pine and orange. Marisa for sure knows how to use hops...

On tap at Zelena Kocka Pivarium. Clear gold pour, rocky, frothy white head. Great american IPA nose, floral, citrusy, piney hops, cascade/amarillo blend, orange peel. Taste is mild, clean pils malt profile, lively malt like a typical czech beer combined with a healthy dose of fruity new world hops, more resinous than samuraj but certainly in the same league.

My Bottom Line:
Orange-y hop resins display floral and leafy branches, as caramelized cereals offer stable support.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy layer of foam stays atop the misty orange.
-Bitterness is prominent, resinous and lengthy.
-This is a well balanced IPA.
-If you are tired of drinking Czech styles while in Czechia, this one should do the trick for you.

On tap at Pivarium, Brno.

Tap @ Na Bo?ence. Hazy copper with white, frothy head. Aroma contains citruses, berries, hint of ginger. Taste is bittersweet, little bit salty. Lively carbonation, oily textured full body. Long berry finish. This new Raptor has stronger taste and finish, which I like.

Special Christmas edition 2012, according to the brewer with double of the bitterness. The beer is visually golden brown, with smal head. Fruity in the aroma, malty and citrusy. Taste is little bit earthy probably due to dry hopping. Malty sweetness and bitter finish. Body is medium with oily texture, soft carbonation. I like the standard version better.
