bottled. not a bad weizen/wheat beer. the color is similar to an unfiltered pilsner style beer. the nice golden color of an Erdinger or Weihenstephaner is simply missing. Carbonation is good, not aggressive. head vanishes quickly. the aroma is wheat-like, a bit sour, very hoppy. taste is good, weißbier-like taste with a bit sourness. refreshing. alcohol not present at all. medium body. overall this beer is good in its category. my wife loves it!

Tap at Richtar Jakub. Aroma banana, typical hefeweizen. Head is white, medium duration. Colour is hazy yellow. Taste is banana, spicy orange peel, well balanced. This is very nice hefe, which is simply not my style. Otherwise the numbers would climb higher.

I’ve tried this bottled and on tap.Very good for a Czech wheat beer,the closest thing to a true Bavaria wheat beer you will find in The Czech Republic.Pours light hazy yellow with a puffy soapy white head.Packed with a fruity,malty aroma with notes of clove,lemon juice,banana,sweet malts,fresh hops and yeast..

on tap at klub malych pivovaru in pilsen. quite a pale yellow with a never-say-die white head; aroma of banana and clove, very sweet and almost musky; plenty of sticky malt sweetness - banana smoothie but with a fresh grassiness in the finish making it quite more-ish

This good weat beer has an almost Belgian aroma. The palate was smooth and slightly flat. It’s also quite bitter. Very good against thirst and a good beer overall.

Cloudy yellow color, white head. Spicy and banana taste, also malty. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Malty and banana scent.

Keg at Euston Tap. Cloudy gold with a monstrous white head. Big yeast and clove aroma. Flavor is so so. Bit of sugar, plenty of yeast, some banana. Medium in body with lively carbonation. Subtle sugar finish, bit more yeast. Not bad, but slightly bland.

De barril. Hazy golden, nice white head. Fruity bit sweet wheat aroma, banana. Good mouthfeel. Fruity wheat flavour, medium bitterness.

Hazy medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheaty, fruity, banana, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090804]
