3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma from the can was like English malt with some earthy and floral hops, after the pour, though, it turned more towards dusty, dry carpet backing. Taste: each mouthful brings different aspects, but grapefruit and orange are constant. Also appearing: lime, toast, caramel, bread, toast, spearmint, salt, pepper, rye. Mouthfeel begins medium, finishes light, dry and slightly metallic. Very nice

From can. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of corn and butter, stale hops, old cellar. Taste is corn, butter, stale, caramel, just horrible. Damn...

Chewy! Although the malted barley mutes a lot of the earthy spice and floral aroma notes, they shine through in the flavor along with a bit of lemon and honey. This is a really an enjoyable approach to changing the mouthfeel and character of a very hop forward IPA.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tasty west coast hoppy IPA. Pours a cloudy orange-amber with a heady aroma of citrusy hops. Very nice offering for an IPA. I’d consider getting this one again.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma is sweet and malt forward. Some grapefruits and citrus. Taste is better and more forgiving. Fruity thick malt with a piney and almost rye sensation. Orange zest and toasted bread. Pretty laidback IPA, but I guess that’s how they roll in Maui?

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can at home. Aroma is tropical fruity, citrus, pine resin, some light floral notes, juicy hops. Flavour is light sweet with a nice bitter finish. Medium bodied. Well-rounded and tasty IPA, a treat.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can, bought at Bierzwerg bottle shop, Greven. Yellow golden in the glass, mighty frothy off white head. Fruity hopy nose with wheat and some peppermint. Starts with hopy bitterness, less fruity, more dry malt and grainy, but balanced. Hopy bitterness in the middle part and aftertaste, maybe a little bit too overlasting. But in the end a nice composition.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Can at home. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head that leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is pineapple, dank hops and caramel. Taste is tropical fruits, pine, slight orange citrus with a caramel backbone. Lovely bitter kick off the hops. Was looking forward to this and it didn’t disappoint.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from the 12oz can into a shaker glass. Medium amber color with a cream colored head. Aroma is mild with some bready malt and earthy hops. Flavor is similar with some piney hops coming through. Medium bodied. Good fairly traditional IPA.
