~Pours a hazy golden yellow color with small white head.
~Grainy sweet bready flavor with light grassy spicy hops.

2/3/2012. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Malty aromas with light hops, grain and light fruit. Malty flavors, some bitterness from the hops. A simple beer, but enjoyable.

Can. Hazy golden, low head. Straw malt base, light grassy hops, slightly cheesy/skunked - don’t ask me how that happened, the sun is strong enough to shine through metal on Maui it seems. Lightbodied, yet somewhat chewy, mellow mouthfeel. Fruity finish.

On tap. All around solid lager. Nothing to complain about. Crisp, refreshing and good for sitting by the pool on a hot Hawaiian day

from Bier-Bienne;canned - cloudy blond-orange beer with a poor foam left; aroma of citrus, vanilla and candied fruits; pretty sweet and medium-bodied; shy bitterness and a long fruity, perfumy finish with residual sugars, vanilla and candy again - unusual and confusing

I got this one as an extra via MaxStout on BA. This is my first Maui product.
Ap: Very clear straw yellow color with a HUGE foamy head. Despite the big head, the carbonation level in the beer itself is very low.
Ar: Pleasant citrusy, nutty scent. Pineapple maybe?
T: The lack of carbonation hits hard. Definitely not a bitter beer in the least bit and the citrus is much more pronounced in the taste - not a grapefruit citrus, but more like orange. The aftertaste is awesome - it doesn’t have that medicinal quality that I often find in this style.
P: Very light and smooth. After weeks of drinking and reviewing beers on the heavy side, this is a great change of pace.
O: An almost perfect session brew. A craft beer lovers "lawnmower" beer.

Can from Cotteridge Wines. Dry yellow lager, lacking flavour. Nutty aroma. Not the best Maui.
