Commercial Description:
Our lightest beer, made from 100% malted barley. This blonde lager is what sailors really swam to shore for; it's light, with very little bitterness and a slight malt finish.

12oz can from BevMo Mission Valley. Aroma was fairly yeasty with a hint of hops. A very clean and balanced Lager. A close 2nd to Pizza Ports Amigo Lager.

Can from BevMo. Pale yellow in color with a fairly sizable white head. Sweet grainy aroma. Flavor is grainy with a little bit of maltiness. A little bit of hop character. Doesn’t really taste like a pale lager. Pretty easy drinking, but nothing special.

Can. Slightly hazy golden body, lots of rising carbonation, creamy white head without much staying power. Sour lagerish nose, grainy flavor, slight sourness, not much in the hop department. A bit of sweetness, very mild finishing bitterness. Drinkable, not much else.

12 ounce can labeled 4.5%. Light body, very dry grainy flavor with a slightly harsh hop flavor. Subtle fruity character. Not clear, odd for a lager.

12 oz can from foodland, Kapa’a, Kauai. The description of this beer is completely wrong. Maybe this description is referring to an old recipe. The can now refers to this as a "bold Helles Lager with a nice hoppy bite". This is nowhere near a pale lager as Ratebeer suggests. This is an excellent lager. Nice and clean, drinkable, hoppy, tasty. You’re on an island, what else do you want?

Bottled. Thanx to Bolagshataren. Hazy yellow colour with mediumsized head. Light, fresh hoppy malt driven lager with citric notes and a soft mouthfeel.

Very blonde in color. This was sweet like the rest of the Maui Brewing Co beers I tried and was, at times, edgy, but overall not up to the others. Had a nutty, malt flavor. Kind of like boiled peanuts.
