Sweet malt nose, some shy hops, golden, with a small white head. Candied malt flavour, light bodied, crisp, clean, easy drinking. Good. My first beer from Hawaii! Rogueone (506), I F&ckin’ hate those guys from, Ohio, USA Jun 3, 2008 Thanks Adam for this: I drank it straight from the can, I won’t lie. And I still liked it. It is what it is, a light lager. But it does not have the sweet, grainy taste of macro-brewed lagers. This one is smoother and purer, with a very refreshing body and crispness to it that I really got into. Totally solid brew for what it is. Radek Kliber (3912), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada Jun 2, 2008 Bottle at Mondial 2008 4.5%

Cloudy glowing yellow with such a super thick white fluffy head that lasts. Very bubbly - constantly moving - almost moreso than champagne. Smell is sweet lemon muskiness. Flavor is very light lemon and is clean. Almost creamy palate - surprising and nice. Overall, really drinkable with a nice palate that makes the light thin flavor not so upsetting. zathrus13 (1288), Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA May 16, 2008 Can, thanks to Foolish Mortal. Yellow/gold, with a white head. Aroma is subtle grains, malt, and hops. Flavor is grain, malt, yeast, and hops. This would be a great summer time session beer. I wish it was readily available in my area. GeneralGao (3051), Iowa City, Iowa, USA May 15, 2008 12oz can. Poured a clear golden color. Head was fluffy and white with good retention. Smelled of cereal grains, light yeasty dough, and a hint of citrus fruit. Delicately sweet and light bodied. Smooth mouth feel with ample carbonation that was on the lower end of the spectrum. Biscuity malt and light grassy hops made up most of the flavor but were accompanied by a bit of citrus again. Not bad. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA May 13, 2008 Updated: May 14, 2008Big thanks to Hopdog for the can!
Pours cloudy yellow and opaque with a huge lasting head. Smell is yeasty, light malt, and lemon. Taste is smooth and creamy despite the appearance of high carbonation, almost wheaty with a hint of lemon. Musty, yet clean. Interesting and definitely different than the average pale lager. SQNfan (591), Wheaton, Illinois, USA May 7, 2008 Can: Pours a moderate to deep yellow in color with a thick head of large white bubbles. The nose shows off some citric hops along with a good dose of uncooked dough. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and crisp...perfect for daytime in Hawaii. Flavors are a bit lacking but this is quite thirst-quenching.
