Our Coconut Porter is a classic robust porter spiced with all natural toasted coconut. It is black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head. It begins with a malty-toasted-coconut aroma followed by a rich, silky mouthfeel with tastes of dark malt, chocolate, and hints of coffee. It then finishes with flavors of toasted coconut and hoppy spice to balance the finish.

Can version brought from Hawaii, thanks Otto. Aroma is roast malt with some English hops, a bit of spicy phenol. Not much coconut in aroma, a bit more as it warms. Less coconut flavor than expected, mostly just a really good porter. Roast and hops play well together. Smooth mouthfeel.

Very dark brown color with a small light brown head. Aromas of roasted coffee and mild coconut flavors. Texture is slightly oily and creamy. Average carbonation. Medium to full body. Finish is average to long, with bitter and roasted flavors. Overall a reasonably good, if a bit simple, porter.

This is the perfect beer if you like fresh coconut flavors and coffee hints. The fact that it's in a can only makes it better. The only reason I gave the aroma a nine and not a ten is because fresh from the tap in Maui its a little stronger aroma. DRINK THIS BEER! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz can, dark brown color, with a tan-colored head. Sweet roasted, chocolate, black, toasted malty, coconut nose, with some nice chocolate cake, brownie, molasses, coffee, spicy accents in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate, with a sweet roasted, chocolate, toasted, caramel malty, chocolate cake, chocolate ice-cream, faint coconut, cocoa powder, bounty chocolate candy bar character, with a light coffee, bitter sweet chocolate flavour, leading towards a nice sweet chocolate cake dessert finish.

355 ml can. Clear deep dark ruby hued brown, lasting creamy tan foam. Aroma of mild chocolate, faint coconut. Taste is mostly smooth chocolate, a hint of coconut, lighter toasted malts, some coffee. Soft carbonation, light-medium bodied, lightly hopped. More coconut please. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

Appearance: pours with a medium darker tan head, the head settles into a small head with OK density, the beer is black with the slightest brown hue on the edges if you hold it up to the light Aroma: chocolate, very slight hint of coconut, some kind of spice is evident too Taste: chocolate, chocolate milk, bitter finish Palate: bitter aftertaste, medium mouthfeel, lively carbonation Overall: a robust porter with lots of Aroma and flavor, strong chocolate throughout, easily drinkable as well ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ebony color with thick latte colored head. It has coffee aromas with a him of chocolate. The chocolate is the dominating flavor with some smokey malt and coffee flavors. Well balanced and flavorful this beer is certainly a winner.

Can, opaque black body, vigorous pour foamed hugely, but that settled quickly to just a ring. Aroma roasty with dark fruit, nuts, coconut, coffee. Taste is plum and roast barley, cola like, nutty and coffee finish. Overall slightly sweet. Palate is light, carbonation is a bit heavy for style. If I had to sum up, I’d say Porter cola.
