Our Coconut Porter is a classic robust porter spiced with all natural toasted coconut. It is black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head. It begins with a malty-toasted-coconut aroma followed by a rich, silky mouthfeel with tastes of dark malt, chocolate, and hints of coffee. It then finishes with flavors of toasted coconut and hoppy spice to balance the finish.

Pours black. Sweet coconut aroma with some chocolate and coffee notes. Great flavor; very rich with lots of sweet caramel, coconut, and berry notes along with roasted coffee bean and toasted walnuts. Would have again

Can at home. Pours dark brown to black with two fingers of off white head. Aroma is roast and lots of coconut. Flavor follows and is slightly sweet. A bit more roasty than I expected. Coconut works, which it doesn’t always do in beer. But this one was good. Very smooth and creamy. Nice beer.

Can sample at a tasting at Alexey & Rafaela’s place. Thanks Tom L. Dark brown to black with a beige head. Nice aroma of chocolate, coconut, a bit of coffee, and roastiness. Sweetish roasty flavor with chocolate, coconut, a bit of coffee. Medium-bodied.

355ml can Pour is darker than dark. Thin head atop ink black pour. Initial hint of coffee followed by slight aroma of roast coconut. More cocao than coconut. Palate is more spicy than expected. Roast malt on the forefront. Was expecting a more dense beer than what I got . Coconut is more subtle than expected. Overall ok.

Draught at Yard House in Waikiki. Ruy tinged black with beige head. Massive roasty cocoa and coffe aroma. Coconut comes through as it warms.

Rich and silky with tons of coconut flavour. Accented with cocoa powder, coffee grounds and a robust roasted malt. A bit of a floral and spicy hop complements the heavier style with a bit of astringency. Nice coconut flavour.

On tap. Dark brown with one finger off white head. Cocoa and slight coconut aroma. More cocoa and coffee than coconut, but still a solid porter.

Very dark brown color with a small light brown head. Aromas of roasted coffee and mild coconut flavors. Texture is slightly oily and creamy. Average carbonation. Medium to full body. Finish is average to long, with bitter and roasted flavors. Overall a reasonably good, if a bit simple, porter.
