On tap @ Maui Brewing. Poured a cloudy dark lemonaide color into a pint glasswith small white head. Initial aroma of hair salon chemical mixed with artificial citrus. Banana flavor is evident upon the first sip with some hints of citrus. Taste fades quickly with little lingering or mouthfeel.

Can:   Straw, a bit pale, white sudsy white head, dies quickly, little lacing.   Soft corriander like spices on the nose, a touch wheaty.   Mealy wheatiness on the tongue, spices are a little muted but last through til the finish.   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Very much your typical run of the mill American made Belgian style Witbier.   Not bad, decent quaffer, but nothing special to seperate from others.

Poured from a can into a wine glass. Pours a very murky yellow... not really that nice. Little to no head or lacing. Aroma of yeast, bubblegum and lemon. Mouthfeel is light and crisp but too carbonated. This seems to be an issue for Maui brewing. Taste is light and citrusy. Pretty typical wit with spices, cloves, bubblegum, small amounts of orange and the Belgian yeast. I did like this beer but it didn't wow me. I'd happily drink it again though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can... Poured hazy, pale yellow with a thick forming white head. Nose had citrus, cloves, passion fruit, and hint of bananas. Wheat malts created a smooth palate, nice sugars and big time yeasty spices and esters. Orange peel, peppercorns, coriander, black pepper spice, earthy, herbal. Grassy, clean floral finish.

12oz can. Rating #33. Very hazy yellow pour with a real thin band of foam around the glass, not much head at all really. Citrus and sweet banana in the nose. Light bitterness, a little acidic in the back of the throat, lemon and banana and wheat. (2341)

Drank at the Big Texas Beer Fest. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma is mainly made up of wheat with a little bit of coriander thrown in. The flavor is a little different, with the addition of some orange peel and herb notes. The wheat is still very strong in the flavor, with some subtle coriander notes thrown in as well. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
