Perfect hazy, super hazy, golden corn coloured body with a thinnish, one centimetre tall white head that is almost fully opaque - now that’s nice. Aroma of coriander seed, wheat, yeast, citrus and tons of curacao and the whole of the orange - very nice and potent. Light-bodied; Nice slightly grassy, herbal hop notes at first with a bit of a light belgian yeast strain and a light wheat flavour coupled with a bit of curacao and other citrus fruit notes. Aftertaste is very light and mild with the majority of tastes from the wheat and yeast. Overall, a very nice and super easy to drink wit that borders on a saison and would be very nice in the summertime. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from The Wine Corner in Pai’i, Maui, Hawai’i on 02-March-2012 for US$1.99 sampled on the opposite end of the country at home in Washington on 04-December-2012.

Can. It’s an unclear one, yellowish-golden in color and topped by a small, white head. There’s lots of orange and coriander in ther aroma, pushing the wheaty scents to the far back. The flavor has some bitterness, but as in the aroma, it’s the orange that dominates. Coriander seeds have quite a bit space to play on too, and there’s some lemony notes. Bitterness, orange and citrus peel in the finish. A bit thin on the palate, with quite a lot of carbonation. Overall, a bit too lemony, but it’s a quite nice beer anyway. 121102

Very light, sniff factor is good, our can was pretty carbonated so it was bubbly. Overall very good for the style and nice intrigue because its a Muai brew!

Can. Pours a murky pale yellow with a diminishing white head. No lacing. Strong aroma; tart and sweet, with wheat, coriander and citrus; a wee bit cloying but well-balanced. Tropical fruit overtone as it warms. Flavour is dusty and tart, again with wheat, coriander and citrus, as well as a fruity note. Mildly bitter finish, a bit tart and with a lingering citrus and coriander note as well as a creamy overtone. A bit too much carbonation, but that’s witbiers for you. Overall pretty good. 17.10.12.
