Pours a light, hazy gold with a white head and lacing. It has a light aroma of crisp wheat, citrus, biscuits, and light malt. The flavor is citrus notes and wheat up front followed by a crisp finish and slightly yeasty aftertaste over a smooth, light body.

A bit fruity, slightly sour/bitter. It was very enjoyable though. Another positive export from Hawaii.

Pour out of 12 oz can, very hazy straw yellow pour with almost no head, aroma brought notes of grass, lemon peel, hints of bsicuit, bubblegum, nice cracker, biscuit notes as well with some spice. Taste is a mix of lemon, biscuit, hints of white grape, tannic grape skins, hints of grass, vanilla, coconut notes in there as well, hints of spice, finishing fairly bitter, slightly sweet, dry.

This cloudy golden beer has a spicy aroma. It has a flavor of sweetened wheat and is crisp and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12-oz can. Pours a medium gold with a gigantic surging white head and minimal lace. Enormous spectral flume of denatured protein in the middle of the mug. Spooky. Sulfur, farts, and honey on the nose. Creamy slick medium body. Eggs, butterscotch, farts, and lemongrass on the mid palate. Moderate eggy finish.

Hazy straw yellow with some white head. Plenty of funk on the nose, brettnomyces, sour basement. Funk continues in the flavor with yeast backing. Good saison for fans of wild yeast flavors. Good creamy and tart palate stuff going on as well.

12oz can poured into glass. While on a recent trip to CO I must have consumed 15 different saisons, or least it feels that way. By this point I was saisoned out and this one just sort of fell by the waste side. I couldn’t take any more.

Can. Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is murky greenish-yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, corn starch), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a strong note of lemon-lime juice, other notes of urine, cheese, and dish rag. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Wow, this is absolutely AWFUL. Smells like Sprite with some off notes added. Sour soda-pop fizziness in the mouth, with a rather dirty aftertaste. And one of the worst appearances on a beer I’ve seen in quite a while...fizzy head instantly disappears, leaving behind a muddy weirdly-colored liquid. An embarrassing drain pour for this struggling brewery.

12oz can. Rating #48. Hazy yellow pour with a big fluffy white head. Nice lemon aroma and a little light grass. Lightly sweet with more lemon and a little acidic, pretty good though. (2843)

Can. It pours cloudy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is fresh orange, tangerine, grapefruit, wheat, dough, earth and spice. The taste is clean, wheat, orange, light spice, earth, light toast, lemongrass, pear and melon with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Smooth, tasty and easy drinking. Pretty nice.
