3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can. Appearance: clear golden with white head. Aroma: Iíve had breadfruit and it does come thru as well as the toasted papaya seeds (I know itís power of suggestion but really does fit)... floral hoppiness. Taste: dough, hay, cereal, grass, ends with a little caramel and citrus. Mouthfeel: thin with medium to high carbonation. Overall: itís not that good. Tastes very close to an adjunct macro style ale.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can. Pours a very hazy amber color with a moderate off-white head. Nose is definitely fruity, with some slight bread as well as an almost citrus-berry note. Taste is actually a little sour, and with a lot more bite to it than I expected. Not bad, but Iím not a fruit beer fan, really.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Breadfruit, peach, pear, papaya. A collaboration between Dogfish Head and Maui Brewing Co. 8.2% alcohol saves it.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
UPDATED: MAR 21, 2014 Intriguing name but yucky beer. Expected more from Dogfish head this is usual disappointment from Maui Brewing. Thought it would be better.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance was hazy orangish gold with diminishing off white fizzy 1/2 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are fruit abound with slight sweetness of malt, ting of alcohol. Taste are pear, grape juice, peach, apple, papaya, woody seeds, mineral bite with slight alcohol. Palate was soft creamy CO2 with meduim body, fruity average length mineralic finish. Fruity different brew, very creative.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Canned: unable to tell, all cans only partially labeled
Nearly solid light orange colored ale with some patches of light cream foam. Smells of tropical fruit juice, biscuity malts, some hints of passionfruit and more malts. Tastes sweet, reminds me initially of very ripe papaya, then some grape and apple alongside a faintness of pineapple. Medium bodied with a velvet character and small carb. This is an interesting beer, very fruity, but I canít really relate to the individual flavors - like being asked to describe persimmons or something...

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at an ESBLS tasting, thanks to Hayduke. It poured a clear copper color with no head. The aroma was tropical pineapple juice with a nice bready note. The taste was noticeable hop bitterness with a slightly sweet and fruity medium body. Nice.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
10/24/2012. From can. Dark amber color with a white head. Fruity aromas with light malt and hops. Just tropical fruit with medium carbonation. The high alcohol never really shows, so be a bit careful :)

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had this in a can, once. I remember a very island fruited nose, hints of bread, and papaya. Flavor was almost exactly like the nose with a hint of tropical hop, some grass, and yeast with a tiny alcohol bite. Was pretty good, quite interesting.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This was shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. I poured from the 12 oz can a copper color with a quick fading white head. Aroma is a earthy and of melon. Medium plus in body . Smooth in the mouth. The flavor is fruity, with melon and what I assume is the breadfruit. Finishes somewhat dry.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz can. Pours a cloudy amber with full foamy head and lots of carbonation. Aromas of toasty creamy malts and melons. Smooth and full. Thick doughy flavors with hint of hops and grass. Interesting. Really creamy and thick.
